We know you cannot judge a product like this on a perfect day. You need time to try it through real life.
That is why your purchase may be covered by our 99-Day “Migraine Days Happen” Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return, refund, exchange, or replacement within 99 days of delivery, subject to the terms below.
2. Return Window
You may request a return, refund, exchange, or replacement within 99 days after your order is delivered.
Requests made after that period may not be eligible.

We may ask for additional information to verify the order before approving a return, refund, exchange, or replacement.
4. Eligibility for Returns, Refunds, Exchanges, and Replacements
To be eligible for a return, refund, exchange, or replacement:
- the item must have been purchased directly from https://www.oasisritual.com
- the request must be made within the applicable return window
- the order information must be verifiable
- the product must not show signs of abuse, misuse, or intentional damage
We reserve the right to deny a return, refund, exchange, or replacement request where fraud, abuse, excessive refund requests, or policy manipulation is suspected.
5. Used Products
Because this is a personal-use product, opened or used items may be eligible for a return, refund, exchange, or replacement within the 99-day window, subject to this policy.
However, we reserve the right to limit or deny refunds, exchanges, or replacements if we determine that the policy is being abused.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at support@oasisritual.com as soon as possible.
Please include your order number and, if possible, photos showing the issue. We will review the issue and, at our discretion, offer a replacement, exchange, refund, or other resolution.
7. Non-Returnable Items
Unless required by law or otherwise stated by us in writing, the following may not be eligible for return, refund, or exchange:
- gift cards
- final sale items
- promotional or free bonus items
- downloadable digital products once accessed or delivered
- items not purchased directly from our Site
If a free gift or promotional item was included with your order and you receive a refund, we reserve the right to deduct the retail value of that item from your refund where permitted by law.
8. Refunds
If your refund request is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

- original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- payment processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider
- refunds may take several business days to appear after processing
9. Return Shipping
If we ask you to return an item, we will let you know whether the item must be sent back and provide instructions.
Unless the return is due to our error, approved damage, or approved defect, you may be responsible for return shipping costs.
We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we recommend using a trackable shipping method if a return shipment is required.
10. Exchanges and Replacements
We do not guarantee exchanges, but we may offer an exchange or replacement in cases involving damaged, defective, incorrect, or, in some cases, eligible return requests, at our discretion and subject to product availability.
If an exchange or replacement is approved, we will send instructions by email.
11. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may delay resolution and may affect eligibility for future purchases.
12. Cancellations
We do our best to process orders quickly. Because of that, we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled after it is placed.
