4. Orders and Acceptance

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue a refund to your original payment method for the amount charged, subject to applicable processing timelines.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Prices do not include taxes, duties, shipping charges, or other fees unless explicitly stated.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information for all purchases made through the Site. By submitting payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.

We reserve the right to correct any pricing, typographical, or administrative errors at any time, including after an order has been submitted.

6. Promotions, Discounts, and Bundles

Promotions have no cash value unless required by law. If an order involving a promotional item or free gift is returned, we reserve the right to deduct the retail value of that item from any refund where permitted by law.

7. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to process and ship orders within the timeframes displayed on the Site, but all shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, or other events outside our reasonable control.

You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or delivery issue caused by customer error, you may be responsible for additional shipping charges.

Risk of loss and title for purchased items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier or upon delivery to the address you provided, to the extent permitted by law.

Your purchase may be covered by our 99-Day “Migraine Days Happen” Guarantee, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

You should stop using a product immediately if you experience discomfort, irritation, or any adverse reaction. You are responsible for exercising appropriate caution when using temperature-based products, including avoiding excessive cold exposure, prolonged use beyond instructions, or use in a manner inconsistent with product guidance.

We are not responsible for damage or injury caused by misuse, improper storage, unauthorized modifications, or failure to follow product instructions.

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or any purchase from Oasis shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

21. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or any product purchased from Oasis shall first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting us at support@oasisritual.com.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.

22. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

23. No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
