Please note:
- orders are not typically processed on weekends or holidays
- processing times may be longer during major holidays, promotions, product launches, or periods of high order volume
- order processing time is separate from shipping time

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location, shipping carrier, customs processing, and local delivery conditions.

Delivery times may be longer for Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, remote areas, island regions, or locations affected by customs or carrier disruptions.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if available.
You can use your tracking number to monitor your shipment through the applicable carrier or tracking page provided in your shipping confirmation email.
If you do not receive tracking information within a reasonable time after placing your order, please contact us at support@oasisritual.com.
6. Delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including:
- customs processing delays
- carrier delays
- weather events
- transportation disruptions
- labor strikes
- local delivery interruptions
- inaccurate or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer
- high seasonal order volume
Estimated delivery windows are not guaranteed delivery dates.

8. Refused Shipments and Customs Issues

9. Incorrect Addresses

If you enter an incorrect or incomplete address and the package is delayed, lost, returned, or misdelivered as a result, we are not responsible for that loss.

10. Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us at support@oasisritual.com and include your order number.
If tracking shows that a package was delivered to the address provided at checkout, we may ask you to:
- check with household members or neighbors
- look around the delivery location
- contact the carrier directly
We are not responsible for stolen packages or packages marked as delivered by the carrier, but we will do our best to help you investigate the issue.
11. Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at support@oasisritual.com as soon as possible.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
- your order number
- a brief description of the problem
- clear photos of the damaged item
- clear photos of the packaging, if available
We will review the issue and, if appropriate, offer a replacement, refund, or other resolution at our discretion.
12. Split Shipments
In some cases, items in the same order may ship separately depending on inventory, fulfillment location, or package size.
If this happens, you may receive separate tracking updates for different parts of your order.
13. Return Shipping
If a return is approved under our Returns & Refund Policy, you may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error, a damaged item, or a defective item.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first and receiving return instructions.
